So, Gibs will indeed get his two front teeth for Christmas. Will we survive to Christmas is now the question. Between extra hours at work and maintaining the house and starting a new business venture, I’m not sure if any of us will make it on the small amount of sleep we’re getting. Poor Gibs.
And here, I thought he’d asked Santa for a hippopotamus for Christmas.
This morning, I left the house at 4:30 AM to the sounds of Gibs crying and The Man sushing while patting our son’s back. I stopped in to give out kisses before I left and this image struck me. My husband was kneeling on the floor by the crib, his forehead resting on the rail with his arm draped over to comfort Gibson. If that isn’t the perfect picture of early parenthood, I don’t know what is.
Since we’re all tapped today, I’m just going to spam you with some fun videos that made me smile. Because we could all use a smile. Even when we’re still growing the teeth for that smile.
“Kick your legs!”
“Oh my god, look at that face. You look like you’re so awake!”
And yeah, I’m still pushing the nail wraps I’ve fallen in love with. It’s too late to get them delivered in time for Christmas, but gift certificates are still available!
When you buy a gift certificate from December 11-24, you will also get an additional promotional holiday gift card equal to 10 percent of the price of the original gift certificate.
For example, when you purchase a $50 gift certificate, you will receive two gift cards:
- (1) original gift certificate with a value of $50
- (2) promotional gift card with a value of $5 (or 10 percent of the original price of the gift certificate) at no additional cost
Give this to the nail fanatic in your life, and they’ll spend all Christmas morning perusing the online shop anticipating the arrival of their new wraps. At least that’s what I would do. Thanks for your support!
