About Me

My name is Kristin. After trying to conceive for just about two years (with the help of several doctors and lots of medication) my husband and I finally found out we were pregnant on July 5, 2013. This blog is now the story of pregnancy (and motherhood) after infertility.

I follow a lot of mommy blogs as well as foodie blogs. And often, the two seem to cross paths. A newlywed foodie bloger will announce her pregnancy. And a mommy blogger will post some really great recipes. So I’m jumping on that bandwagon to do both of those things.

Join me, won’t you?

Special thanks to my husband, Willie Schaefer, for designing the HFM logo.

  1. Hi & thanks for the follow on my blog. I’ve just trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and my prime focus is helping people with fertility issues and also those who suffer chronic pain. I hope your journey proves fruitful for you, wishing you all the best for the future
